Engagement Specialist Tutor

Location: Derbyshire, Long Eaton

Job Duties:

• Provide engaging and interactive tutoring sessions to students
• Create and deliver tailored learning materials to meet individual student needs
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback for improvement
• Collaborate with other stakeholders to enhance the learning experience
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance

Qualifications:

• Valid teaching qualification
• Proven experience in tutoring or teaching
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of educational principles and learning styles
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different student needs
