Exciting Opportunity – Education Support Worker
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people with special educational needs? An SEN school in Westbury, Bristol is seeking a dedicated Education Support Worker to join their team and provide essential support to students.
About the Role:

Supporting students with special educational needs in both classroom and one-to-one settings.

Assisting teachers in delivering tailored learning plans to enhance student engagement.

Encouraging the development of social and emotional skills in a supportive environment.

Working closely with staff, parents, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students.
About You:

Experience working with young people, particularly those with SEN, is highly desirable.

A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach to supporting students.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

A willingness to undertake relevant training to enhance your support strategies.
