The Preston office is home to six specialist branches covering Primary, Secondary, and SEN schools across Lancashire and Merseyside. And with a warm patch to build on (we don’t believe in cold starts!), you’ll hit the ground running with a strong client base and a pool of talented candidates already waiting for you.
Your Mission:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be the crucial link between talented educators and the schools that need them. Every day, you’ll build relationships, connect candidates with opportunities, and make a genuine difference in education. Here’s what success looks like in this role:
- Build lasting relationships with schools and educators, delivering top-quality teachers and support staff.
- Grow your candidate pool and match the right people to the right roles.
- Engage with clients in person through regular school visits and impactful conversations with decision-makers.
- Achieve and exceed targets, with plenty of support along the way.
- Climb the career ladder, with four opportunities for promotion each year.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
