Early Career Teacher (ECT’S)
Just qualified as a teacher and not yet found a role for this year. Are you perhaps working on supply but not gaining enough days? Wondering what your next steps are? Look no further! Teaching Personnel are seeking Early Career Teachers (ECT's) to join our pool of ECT's to work across Bolton.
We work with a variety of Schools across the area providing a variety of classroom settings for you to home in on the perfect placement to suit your talents. We want you to explore differing year groups across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 until you decide which Key Stage you want to continue your career in, or if you have a specific preference to year group, we will actively seek out placements in your chosen area.
- Full-qualified teacher status
- Able to get to East Lancashire and the surrounding areas for daily work
- Be able to differentiate your planning and teaching to meet the needs of your pupils
- Work well as a team and be able to put the needs and well-being of others before your own
- Be flexible and adaptable for different work environments

Key Information
- Working hours 8:30am – 3:30 pm
- Competitive rate of pay £90 -£110 per day
- Have QTS
- Based in Bolton
- Start date ASAP

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
