Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality lessons to students across the curriculum, tailored to their individual needs.
  • Collaborate with experienced staff to create a dynamic and inclusive learning environment.
  • Develop and implement effective lesson plans that engage and inspire students.
  • Attend regular meetings and participate in professional development opportunities.
  • Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive and supportive learning atmosphere.
  • Work alongside senior teachers and mentors to refine your teaching techniques and strategies.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Recent graduate with a completed teaching qualification (QTS) or in the process of completing your NQT year.
  • Passionate about teaching and committed to improving student outcomes.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students and staff.
  • Adaptable, motivated, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to manage a classroom effectively and maintain a positive learning environment.
  • Must be flexible and open to working in different schools and settings.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
