The ideal candidate must be seeking to inspire the next generation of young people and willing to teach the schools Early Years classes. This school’s main priority is to enable their pupils to make rapid progress in all areas of their learning and development with a curriculum that gives equal value to pupils’ social, emotional, cultural, intellectual, and physical development.

• Relevant QTS Qualification.
• Be a positive role model.
• Have good Behavioural Management skills.
• Complete further CPD professional development.
