Early Years Educator (Keyworker)
Location: Marton, Middlesbrough
Contract Type: Permanent
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:15am - 3:45pm (plus staff meetings on Wednesdays from 5-6pm)
About the Role
Teaching Personnel is seeking Level 3 qualified Early Years Educators for a nursery in Marton, Middlesbrough. This full-time role involves nurturing and stimulating children aged 0-3, supporting their academic, personal, and social development.
You will be part of a dedicated and friendly team, committed to providing children with a strong educational foundation by promoting independence and teamwork. The nursery features fantastic outdoor spaces and well-equipped indoor rooms designed to engage and inspire young learners.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare or equivalent (essential)
- At least two years of experience in an Early Years setting
- Ability to build positive relationships with staff and children
- Commitment to providing high-quality care and education
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Willingness to undertake training and professional development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
