The Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Educators to join our team on a flexible, casual basis. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy variety and want to work in different early years settings as cover for staff absences, including holidays, sickness, or vacancies.
Your day might start with a structured plan, but working with young children often means being adaptable and creative. From storytelling to arts and crafts, you'll have the opportunity to engage children through play-based learning while following EYFS guidelines.
What We're Looking For
- Qualifications: A full and relevant Level 2 or above in Early Years Education is preferred, but unqualified candidates with the right enthusiasm and experience are encouraged to apply.
- Experience: Previous experience in an Early Years Educator/Nursery Nurse role or working with children under 5 is desirable.
- Skills: Strong understanding of the EYFS framework, creativity, and a genuine passion for supporting children’s development.
- Attitude: A flexible and proactive approach to childcare.
