Job Title: Early Careers Teacher - KS1
Location:
North West England, Lancashire, Burnley

Salary:
£100 - £120 Per day
Job Duties:
1. Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons for Key Stage 1 children
2. Assess and track student progress, providing feedback to chilren, SLT and parents
3. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
4. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
5. Attend staff meetings, parent's evennig, and professional development training
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Knowledge of the Key Stage 1 curriculum
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
Experience:
Prior experience teaching Key Stage 1 students is preferred
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of child development and learning theories
- Classroom management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) or equivalent
- Experience using assessment tools to monitor children's progress

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
