Job Description:
As an Early Career Teacher (ECT) at Teaching Personnel, you will have the opportunity to develop your teaching career in a supportive environment. You will work closely with experienced colleagues who will guide and mentor you as you transition into the teaching profession. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to make a real impact on our students’ learning and development.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons to students across key stages 1 and 2.
- Plan and implement creative and effective teaching strategies that cater to a wide range of learning needs.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Participate in school-wide activities and contribute to the development of the school community.
- Engage in professional development opportunities and work towards meeting the Teachers’ Standards.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to share best practices and resources.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Hold a relevant degree and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Be an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or in the process of completing your initial teacher training.
- Demonstrate a passion for teaching and learning, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be committed to fostering an inclusive and positive learning environment for all students.
- Show a willingness to learn and grow in your career, with the support of our comprehensive ECT induction programme.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
