Early Career Teachers (ECT) - Primary Schools
Location: Various Primary Schools, Sefton, Merseyside
Contract Type: Short-term and Long-term Opportunities Available (temporary contract to begin with)
Salary: Competitive, Dependent on Experience (starting at £110 per day)

Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEND.
- Work collaboratively with school staff to support pupil progress and development.
- Monitor and assess students’ learning and provide feedback to support their educational growth.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or currently completing an ECT induction year.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Passionate about working with children and supporting their development.
- A proactive and flexible attitude to teaching.
- Willingness to travel to schools within your chosen area.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
