Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will have a genuine love for teaching and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of our students. This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified teacher to grow and develop their skills in a supportive and dynamic setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and respect.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to the wider school community.
Person Specification
Essential:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and registration with the Teaching Regulation Agency.
- Recent experience in teaching (including placements).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Familiarity with the National Curriculum and current educational practices.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
