Early Career Teacher

Are you a passionate and dedicated Early Career Teacher looking to make an impact in primary education? We have an exciting opportunity for you to work on a supply basis in an excellent primary school in the Crosby area due to an increase in class sizes. There are several roles available, from class teaching, PPA cover and HLTA positions.

Responsibilities:

-                 Deliver engaging and effective lessons across the primary curriculum.

-                 Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.

-                 Build positive relationships with students, staff, and the school community.

-                 Maintain high standards of classroom management and student behaviour.

Requirements:

-                 Recently qualified with a relevant teaching degree (PGCE or equivalent).

-                 A passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.

-                 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-                 Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in various school settings.
