Teaching Personnel are seeking primary and secondary supply teachers to work on a flexible basis in the East Sussex.

Requirements:

  • UK QTS (or equivalent)
  • A minimum of 2 days availability per week
  • Child only DBS on update service (or willing to apply for a new certificate)

We are looking for pro-active, passionate and energetic teachers who have a genuine love for teaching and making a difference to children’s education.

Teaching Personnel works with primary and secondary schools within Eastbourne and the surrounding areas, supporting them in finding quality teachers to provide day-to-day sickness and course cover for their pupils, ensuring they do not miss out on essential learning.

  • Up-to-date on their safeguarding training and knowledge with the ability to navigate every scenario effectively and appropriately

How it works…

  • Teachers have their own availability diary which can be updated by telephone, online or via our new Educator App
  • All teachers have an introduction meeting with their dedicated consultant when we discuss your skills, preferences and availability.
  • Once you are fully vetted for work, you will be contacted for bookings in line with your preferences, skills and availability; by telephone and/or through the educator app

Pay is a daily rate of £120-150 depending on experience and the requirements of the role.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
