Role Overview:

As a Primary Early Career Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching to a class of enthusiastic primary students. You will have the opportunity to develop your teaching skills, work closely with experienced colleagues, and contribute to the success and well-being of our students. You will be supported by a mentoring system to help you grow professionally and achieve your full potential as an educator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons in line with the curriculum.

  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

  • Assess and monitor students' progress and provide constructive feedback.

  • Support students in their social and emotional development, helping them achieve their personal best.

  • Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school events and initiatives.

  • Engage with parents and caregivers to discuss student progress and well-being.

  • Participate in professional development opportunities to further enhance your skills.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A recent graduate in Primary Education or a related field.

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or in the process of achieving it.

  • Strong understanding of the primary curriculum.

  • Passion for teaching and dedication to helping children reach their full potential.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others.

  • A positive, patient, and nurturing attitude towards children.

  • A commitment to continuous professional development.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
