Job Description:

We are seeking an Early Career's Teacher to join our team in Slough, Berkshire. As an Early Career's Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to students in the early stages of their learning journey.

Job Duties:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons to a diverse group of students
  • Utilise innovative teaching methods to enhance the learning experience
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and educational materials

Required Qualifications:

  • Process of completing Teaching Degree
  • Passion for teaching and supporting student development

Education:

Completion or in the process of completing a Teaching Degree

Experience:

No prior teaching experience required, but a passion for education is essential

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Proactive and enthusiastic approach to teaching
  • Strong behaviour management skills
  • Effective time management abilities
  • Adaptive teaching style to meet the needs of diverse learners

Preferred Qualifications:

Additional certifications in education or relevant field would be beneficial

Working Conditions:

You will be working in a dynamic educational environment, interacting with students, colleagues, and parents on a daily basis. The role may require occasional participation in extracurricular activities and events.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
