Drama Teacher – Secondary Schools (Spalding, Lincolnshire)

Are you a passionate and creative Drama Teacher with a flair for performance and a drive to inspire young minds? Secondary schools in Spalding, Lincolnshire are seeking a qualified teacher to deliver engaging Drama lessons and contribute to a vibrant performing arts curriculum.

Location: Spalding, Lincolnshire
Working Hours: School hours (typically 08:30 – 15:30)
Pay: Starting at £180/day, with potential to rise depending on experience and position on the pay scale

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach Drama across Key Stages 3 and 4

  • Foster creativity, confidence, and collaboration through performance-based learning

  • Prepare students for assessments and school productions

  • Create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the arts provision

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential

  • A strong background in Drama or Performing Arts

  • Enthusiastic, imaginative, and committed to student development

  • Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
