Design Technology Teacher – Secondary & SEN Schools (Bourne, Lincolnshire)

We are looking for a talented and dedicated Design Technology Teacher to support both secondary and SEN schools in Bourne, Lincolnshire. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality lessons and providing valuable support to students with diverse needs, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging Design Technology lessons to both secondary and SEN students.
  • Adapt teaching methods to suit the needs of all learners, ensuring inclusivity and understanding.
  • Support students in developing practical skills and creativity in design and technology.
  • Foster a positive and supportive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with staff to ensure the academic and personal development of all students.

What We Offer:

  • Starting pay of £180 per day, with the potential for an increase based on performance.
  • Working hours: 08:30 to 15:30, Monday to Friday, term time only.

What You’ll Need:

  • A degree in Design Technology or a related field, with a teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of the Design Technology curriculum and a passion for the subject.
  • Experience working with secondary and SEN students, or a willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage students of all abilities.
  • A positive, adaptable, and inclusive approach to teaching.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
