About the Role:
As a Technology Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging lessons across the Design and Technology curriculum, including subjects such as Product Design, Resistant Materials, or Graphics.
- Inspire and motivate students to develop creative and practical skills.
- Plan and assess work effectively to ensure all students achieve their best.
- Promote a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver an enriching curriculum and contribute to the wider school community.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with specialism in Design and Technology.
- Proven experience teaching Technology at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (Key Stage 5 desirable but not essential).
- A passion for teaching and inspiring young learners.
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
- A valid DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
