Role Overview:
As a Day-to-Day Primary Supply Teacher, you will be working in a variety of primary schools across the West Midlands. You’ll have the flexibility to choose your working days while delivering high-quality teaching across different year groups. With our Guaranteed Work Scheme, you’ll be paid even if you're not required to work on certain days, ensuring job security and financial stability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering pre-planned lessons to primary-aged children (EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2).
  • Ensuring a positive and effective learning environment in the absence of the regular teacher.
  • Managing classroom behavior and supporting students in their learning.
  • Following the school’s policies and procedures, ensuring the safeguarding of students.
  • Maintaining communication with Teaching Personnel and school staff regarding your availability and feedback.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience working in a primary school setting, ideally across multiple key stages (EYFS, KS1, and KS2).
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to teaching.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage young learners.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with students, staff, and parents.
  • A passionate, enthusiastic, and caring approach to primary education.
