Position: Cover Teacher Location: Leeds Salary: £120-£180 per day

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across a range of subjects and age groups.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Adapt quickly to varying teaching assignments and provide continuity in the absence of regular classroom teachers.
• Foster a love of learning by inspiring and motivating students.
• Effectively manage classroom behavior and promote a respectful and collaborative atmosphere.

Requirements:

• Flexibility and adaptability to teach various subjects and year groups.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• PGCE or equivalent certificate
• Experience of supporting students with additional needs.
• A passion for education and a commitment to student success.
• Ability to build rapport with students and colleagues.
