What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or within a school setting.
- Ability to manage classrooms effectively, ensuring students stay on task in the teacher’s absence.
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with secondary school students.
- A positive, adaptable, and proactive approach to covering lessons in different subjects.
- A valid Enhanced DBS check and on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
- Step into classrooms where the lesson plan is provided, delivering engaging sessions to ensure learning continues.
- Maintain order and ensure the learning environment remains productive.
- Work with a variety of students, helping to support their educational progress while keeping them motivated.
