Position: Cover Supervisor
Location: Various Secondary Schools across Manchester
Contract Type: Full-time

About the Role:

Teaching Personnel is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Cover Supervisors across secondary schools in Manchester. Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring that students remain engaged and on-task with the provided work.
  • Manage classroom behavior effectively, following the school’s policies and procedures.
  • Support students in their learning by providing guidance and assistance as needed.
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Work closely with teaching staff to understand the needs of each class and deliver the curriculum effectively.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
