Cover Supervisors Needed in Wigan – Immediate Start
Teaching Personnel is actively recruiting Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across Wigan. Whether you're seeking full-time or part-time work, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference in education while maintaining flexibility.

Your Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining the smooth running of classrooms in the absence of a teacher. Responsibilities include:

  • Supervising students aged 11-16
  • Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans
  • Encouraging student engagement and ensuring a positive learning environment

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor (desirable but not essential)
  • A passion for working with young people and education
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills
  • Flexibility to cover a variety of subjects

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
