Cover Supervisors Needed – Wigan

Are you confident, adaptable, and passionate about education? We’re seeking Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across Wigan, helping to ensure continuity in learning during staff absences.

The Role:

• Supervising and delivering pre-planned lessons across various subjects.
• Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a productive learning environment.
• Supporting schools with day-to-day or longer-term cover needs.
• Starting January 2025, with flexible and full-time opportunities available.

What We’re Looking For:

• Confidence in managing a classroom and engaging students.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of safeguarding practices in education.
• Experience working with young people or a desire to build experience in education.
