Role Overview:

• Position: Full-Time Cover Supervisor
• Location: Various secondary schools across Wigan
• Start Date: Immediate, pending completion of our vetting process
• Hours: Monday to Friday, school hours (some flexibility for short-notice cover)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects, ensuring continuity of learning in the absence of regular teachers.
• Maintain classroom discipline and support a positive learning environment.
• Communicate effectively with teaching staff and students, assisting with any classroom queries.
• Manage student behaviour according to school policies, reinforcing positive behaviour standards.
