Cover Supervisors – Secondary School

Location: Raunds
Contract Type: Flexible
Pay: £90-£110pd

About the Role:
Teaching Personnel is seeking reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are looking for flexible work in a secondary school setting and can demonstrate strong behaviour management skills. We work exclusively with a well-established secondary school in Raunds, offering guaranteed bookings and first refusal on future agency bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage classroom activities in the absence of the usual class teacher whilst maintaining good behaviour of students.

  • Ensure that students remain on task, following lesson plans and completing work set.

  • Maintain a positive and engaging classroom environment that promotes effective learning.

  • Provide support and encouragement to students as they work through tasks.

  • Assist with setting up equipment and materials for lessons and activities.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage with students of all abilities.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
