Your Role as a Cover Supervisor

1. Classroom Management
As a Cover Supervisor, your primary role will be to manage the classroom in the absence of the regular teacher. You’ll be responsible for delivering pre-prepared lessons, maintaining discipline, and ensuring students stay on task.

2. Support Student Learning
While you won’t be planning or marking, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting students’ learning. This includes answering questions, clarifying instructions, and helping students stay focused on their work.
