Job description

Teaching Personnel Birmingham are seeking a confident and experienced cover supervisor to work on a flexible basis at one of our amazing partner schools in Solihull (B92).

 

Start Date: ASAP

Hours: Flexible

Location: Secondary School in B92

Rate of Pay: £95-150 (per day, negotiable dependent upon previous experience)

 

Cover Supervisors provide a continuity of care and learning for pupils to ensure they do not miss out on vital learning opportunities! The ability to confidently "step up" into the teaching role and follow lesson plans accurately is exceptionally important.

 

Our ideal applicants will have:

- previous experience working as a cover supervisor in a UK secondary school

- confidence accurately following pre set, lesson plans

- excellent behaviour management skills and a strong classroom presence

- strong communication skills

- an excellent understanding of children with special educational needs

- the confidence to go into various classes and work with different groups of pupils
