Job description

Teaching Personnel are seeking energetic and confident individuals to work in schools across Sheffield.

 

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising students during short-term teacher absences and assisting in preparing the learning environment and the materials required. You will cover lessons of any subject using the cover work set by the teacher and set high expectations to motivate and challenge students whilst managing behaviour effectively and promoting a positive learning environment. The post would ideally suit an individual considering a teaching career, but applications are welcome from any candidate with integrity, imagination and energy for this rewarding role.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
