Join Our Team as a Cover Supervisor in Shaftesbury – January 2025 Start!

Are you eager to gain valuable classroom experience while making a meaningful impact on young people’s education? Teaching Personnel is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors to join a local secondary schools in Shaftesbury starting from January 2025.

About the Role:

  • Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a variety of subjects to Key Stage 3 and 4 students.
  • Supervise and engage students in their learning in the absence of their regular teacher.
  • Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment.
  • Adapt to different classroom environments and build positive relationships with students and staff.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Ideal for graduates with LSA experience looking to develop their teaching experience.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • A genuine passion for working with young people and supporting their education.
  • Confidence to manage classroom behaviour effectively.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple classroom settings.
  • Applicants must be UK residents with the right to work in the UK.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
