Full-Time Cover Supervisor

A mainstream secondary school in Tidworth is currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Cover Supervisor to join their team on a full-time basis. The position is available to start ASAP, offering a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting students in a dynamic and engaging school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising and managing classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher
• Ensuring students remain on task and engaged with set work
• Maintaining positive behavior and promoting a safe, respectful learning atmosphere
• Assisting with the delivery of pre-planned lessons
• Supporting students' learning and development across a range of subjects

Key Skills and Experience:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage and motivate students
• Experience in a school or educational setting is desirable, but not essential
• A proactive and adaptable approach to challenges
• A genuine interest in supporting young people in their educational journey

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
