Cover Supervisors Wanted – Summer Term 2025
Location: Liverpool | Agency: Teaching Personnel

Are you looking to gain valuable classroom experience or return to teaching in a flexible role? Teaching Personnel is seeking Cover Supervisors to work across Liverpool secondary schools during the Summer Term 2025.

This is a fantastic opportunity for:
Retired teachers seeking part-time or casual supply work
Aspiring teachers planning a PGCE
Newly qualified teachers looking to build experience before September

Role Overview:

  • Deliver pre-set lessons and manage classroom behaviour

  • Support students across a range of subjects

  • Maintain a positive and productive learning environment

  • No planning or marking required

Flexible Work Available:

  • Full-time and part-time options

  • Ideal for those needing work-life balance or looking to gain experience

Requirements:

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (essential)

  • Confidence in managing a classroom setting

  • A genuine interest in education and student development

  • Previous classroom experience is desirable but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
