About the Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Step into the classroom to deliver pre-set lesson plans in the absence of the regular teacher.

• Manage classroom behavior and ensure a positive learning environment.

• Support students in their educational journey, fostering engagement and participation.

• Work across a variety of subjects and age groups, providing invaluable experience for aspiring educators.

Requirements:

• An enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one).

• A strong interest in education and working with young people.

• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

• Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential.
