Your Role Will Include:

✅ Supervising classes in the absence of a teacher
✅ Managing classroom behaviour effectively
✅ Ensuring students stay engaged and complete set work
✅ Supporting and guiding students when needed
✅ Following school policies and safeguarding procedures

What You’ll Need:

• Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths
• Prior experience teaching children in an educational setting. 
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to think on your feet and handle unexpected situations
• Excellent organisational abilities to keep the classroom running smoothly

Bonus Qualifications (Preferred):

• Additional qualifications related to education or child development are a plus!
