Cover Supervisor

Secondary School in Lancaster

Part Time Flexible Contract

September Start

Your role as a Cover Supervisor will include supporting students, whilst planning lessons across KS3 and KS4. You will join an OFSTED rated ‘Good’ school which will give endless opportunities with the support from an outstanding senior leadership team. You will work with students of all learning abilities, and you will work with skillful and resourceful staffing teams.

The school believes opportunities and experiences empower all their pupils to develop aspiration which enables individuals to progress and preparing for life beyond school.

What you will need to succeed:

-          Have strong organisational abilities and be dependable, efficient, flexible, and adaptable.

-          Take pleasure in working with a variety of young people and adults in a lively learning environment.

-          Get be familiar with young people from a variety of communities and backgrounds.

-          Have successful experience supporting young people's learning.

-          Want to significantly improve the quality of life at this school.
