Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting classroom teachers in delivering lessons.
- Leading small groups or classes in the absence of the teacher.
- Assisting with classroom management and student behaviour.
- Adapting to a range of subjects and age groups.
- Providing support to students on a one-to-one basis where needed.
About You:
- A genuine interest in education and supporting young people.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to adapt to different classroom environments.
- No formal teaching qualification required – we are looking for enthusiasm, dedication, and a willingness to learn.
