ARE YOU A CONFIDENT COVER SUPERVISOR WITH PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN SECONDARY SCHOOLS?
The secondary team at Teaching Personnel Birmingham are actively seeking a passionate and confident cover supervisor to work flexibly at one of our amazing "Oustanding" partner schools in Coventry (CV6.)
Pay Rate: £95-145 (per day, dependent upon experience)
Location: Coventry, CV6
Hours: Flexible (Mon-Fri, term time only)
Ideal Person Specification:
- GCSEs English & Maths
- Previous experience working as a cover supervisor in a UK school
- Confident following lesson plans accurately and delivering engaging lessons
- Happy to cover various subjects across the secondary curriculum
- Confidently manage classroom behaviour and be a strong classroom presence
- Have an understanding of special educational needs and how to support children with various learning needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate for education and a dedication to safeguarding

We are seeking a passionate person who has an understanding of the important of continuity of learning for pupils within each classroom. It is vital that pupils have continuous learning regardless of teacher absence, to ensure they hit targets and are developing their knowledge and understanding at a suitable pace.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
