Location: Braintree, Essex
Contract: Permanent
Salary: UQTS (England & Wales) £21,731 - £33,902 per annum

A highly successful multi-academy trust is seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience while making a real impact on students’ education. About the Role:
- Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain engaged in their learning.
- Work closely with teaching staff to maintain high standards of education and behaviour.
- Support students across different subjects, following lesson plans provided by teachers.
About You:
- Qualifications: Degree-level qualification.
- Experience: Previous experience in an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
- Skills: Strong communication, organisation, and classroom management.
- Commitment: A passion for supporting student learning and development.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
