Cover Supervisor
Location: Boston, Lincolnshire
Pay: Starting at £110 per day (with the opportunity to increase)
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 15:30 (Term time only)
Are you passionate about education and ready to make a difference in the classroom? We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors to provide vital support to secondary schools in Boston, Lincolnshire.
About the Role:
- Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a variety of subjects in the absence of the classroom teacher.
- Maintain a positive and orderly learning environment to ensure all students can engage effectively with their education.
- Support students with their work and provide guidance as needed.
- Uphold school policies and procedures to ensure a safe and inclusive atmosphere.
- Collaborate with teaching staff and contribute to the smooth running of the school day.
Requirements:
- Experience working with young people, ideally within an educational setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Confidence in managing a classroom and supporting student learning.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work across different subjects and year groups.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday during term time (08:30 - 15:30).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
