A small, alternative education setting in Blandford Forum is currently looking for a part-time Cover Supervisor to work with pupils on a one-to-one basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a supportive, inclusive setting and is keen to help young learners overcome challenges and reach their full potential.
The school caters for children aged 5 to 16 who require tailored support outside of mainstream education. With a calm and focused atmosphere, every pupil benefits from dedicated one-to-one guidance, helping to build confidence, independence and trust. The team is known for its creative and therapeutic approach, delivering learning that goes beyond the classroom to support students’ social, emotional and academic development. Staff are encouraged to use their own strengths and passions to inspire pupils and make lessons truly engaging.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
