Job description

Are you ready to step into a classroom and inspire young minds? We are seeking enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools in Birmingham, with an immediate start available. This role is ideal for experienced Learning Support Assistants (LSAs), Teaching Assistants (TAs), or unqualified teachers eager to gain classroom experience. there will be both day to day and long term opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and supervise pre-planned lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
  • Maintain classroom order, ensuring students remain focused and engaged.
  • Provide support to students of diverse abilities, fostering an inclusive environment.
  • Encourage positive behaviour, adhering to school policies and standards.
  • Develop valuable skills in classroom management and leadership.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Individuals with a passion for education and experience working with young people.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
