• Adaptability: Be prepared to teach across different year groups as needed, ensuring consistency in learning during staff absences.

What We’re Looking For:

• Flexibility: Ability to adapt to different school settings, year groups, and curricula.
• Experience with SEN: Knowledge or experience supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs is desirable.
