Job description

Are you passionate about technology and eager to inspire the next generation of computer scientists? We are looking for a dynamic Computer Science Teacher to join our forward-thinking team in Rochdale, starting in April 2025.

As a Computer Science Teacher, you’ll play a key role in equipping students with the skills they need to thrive in a digital world. You will deliver engaging lessons across various key stages, fostering a love for coding, algorithms, and problem-solving. Your expertise will help students understand the power of technology and how it shapes the world.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A qualified Computer Science Teacher with a deep understanding of the subject
  • Passionate about inspiring students and making computing accessible and exciting
  • Experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, etc.) and an understanding of key concepts
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students of all abilities
  • Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
