Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective Computer Science lessons across KS3 and KS4 (with opportunities to teach KS5).
- Develop students' programming, computational thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Foster a passion for technology and its real-world applications.
- Prepare students for GCSE and other relevant assessments, ensuring academic progress.
- Create an inclusive, supportive, and stimulating classroom environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Education, or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification.
- Previous teaching experience is preferred but not essential.
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to inspire and engage students of all abilities.
- Hold an enhanced child-only DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
