Teaching Personnel are excited to be working with a well-established, forward-thinking secondary school in Northampton, in search of a passionate and dedicated Computer Science Teacher to join their dynamic faculty. This is an outstanding opportunity to make a significant impact on the development of young minds in a supportive and innovative learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach Computer Science to Key Stage 3, 4, and 5 students.
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to a range of abilities.
  • Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
  • Assess student progress and provide regular feedback to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Contribute to the development of the department's curriculum.
  • Engage in professional development and attend staff meetings as required.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A qualified teacher with a strong background in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience teaching Computer Science at Key Stage 3 and 4 (KS5 is desirable).
  • A genuine passion for inspiring students and enhancing their knowledge and skills in the field of Computer Science.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
