Job Opportunity: Cover Supervisor – Secondary Schools (Spalding, Lincolnshire)

Are you confident leading a classroom and passionate about supporting young people in their learning? We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to work across secondary schools in Spalding, delivering lessons and maintaining a positive learning environment.

About the Role:

  • Position: Cover Supervisor

  • Location: Spalding, Lincolnshire

  • Pay: Starting at £115 per day, with the potential to rise

  • Hours: 08:30 – 15:30, part-time availability required (term time only)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher

  • Ensure students stay on task and follow the lesson plans provided

  • Manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning atmosphere

  • Support students’ learning across a variety of subjects

We’re Looking For:

  • Confidence and presence at the front of a classroom

  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • Experience working with young people (education or youth settings preferred)

  • A flexible, proactive approach to supporting schools

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
