They are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher to join our team. This role involves delivering high-quality lessons that engage and inspire students, supporting their academic and personal development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in line with the national curriculum for young people with SEMH. 

• Assess, record, and report on students' progress and achievements.

• Create an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment that supports all learners.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies.

• Support students with their social, emotional, and academic growth.

• Engage with parents and guardians to foster positive home-school partnerships.

What We’re Looking For:

• A qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent.

• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A commitment to promoting inclusion and equality in education.

• Previous experience working with students with special educational needs (SEN) is an advantage but not essential.

• A proactive, flexible, and creative approach to teaching.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
