They are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher to join our team. This role involves delivering high-quality lessons that engage and inspire students, supporting their academic and personal development.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in line with the national curriculum for young people with SEMH.

Assess, record, and report on students' progress and achievements.

Create an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment that supports all learners.

Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies.

Support students with their social, emotional, and academic growth.

Engage with parents and guardians to foster positive home-school partnerships.
What We’re Looking For:

A qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent.

Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A commitment to promoting inclusion and equality in education.

Previous experience working with students with special educational needs (SEN) is an advantage but not essential.

A proactive, flexible, and creative approach to teaching.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
