Job Duties:
- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and interactive lessons to primary school students
- Assess and evaluate student progress and provide feedback to parents and guardians
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student participation and success
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational experience
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, achievements, and behaviour
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Relevant degree in Education or related field
- Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a primary school setting
Knowledge and Skills:
- Thorough understanding of child development and learning theories
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
- Proficient in classroom management techniques
- Strong IT skills for lesson planning and delivery
Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate qualification in Education
- Experience working with special educational needs (SEN) students
Working Conditions:
- Work primarily in a classroom setting
- Regular school hours with additional time required for lesson planning and assessment
- Collaborative work with colleagues and interaction with students and parents

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
