Job Title: Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teacher

Location:

Job Duties:

As an EYFS Teacher, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and delivering engaging and interactive lessons for students in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Creating a stimulating and supportive learning environment that caters to the individual needs of each child.
  • Assessing and recording student progress, providing timely and comprehensive feedback to parents and colleagues.
  • Collaborating with other EYFS teachers and staff to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, achievements, and behaviour.

Required Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • In-depth knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Safeguarding training

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience teaching in an Early Years setting

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Understanding of child development principles
  • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
  • Proficient in using technology to enhance learning
  • Excellent classroom management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate qualification in Early Years Education
  • Experience working with children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
